How to Change URL in WordPress Post

This article will help you change the URL of a WordPress post.

There are two ways to change the URL of a WordPress post.

The first method to change URL of WordPress site:

First step: Navigate to your “Posts” page, find your desired post and click on “Edit”

Second step: Head to “URL Slug” and type your desired URL

Third step: after changing it, click on “Update” on the top.

You’re done, the URL has been changed 🙂

The second method to change URL of WordPress site:

First step: Navigate to your “Posts” section, and hover your mouse over the desired post.

Second step: New options will appear, click on “Quick Edit”

Third step: Under “QUICK EDIT”, in the second line which is “Slug”, change the text to your desired URL

Fourth step: After you’ve changed your Slug text, click on the “Update” button on the left side

You’re done, your URL has been changed 🙂
